Goals are determined by the needs of the stakeholders and defined by the needs of the targeted audience.

Evaluation of existing training and curriculum  helps determine the scope of those needs such as job tasks, learner preference, instructional context, and performance context.

Develop

Sound learning theory and instructional models are utilized in the planning of the course design or training. Various levels of engagement are incorporated throughout to ensure a positive and productive end user experience.

Storyboarding , Outlines, and Mapping employed.

CreatE

Begins with clear learning objectives and goals. From there, curriculum and content is created to match the desired outcomes.  Start with prototyping. Employ SME,  Tech Stack to create eLearning training experience, online courses or microlectures.

EVALUATE

Evaluation of the course is continuously examined to ensure optimal delivery of content and that learning outcomes are met. Engagement on the part of the end user is paramount.  Assessments play a key role in determining this success.
Dialog with stakeholders throughout the entire design process is paramount.
